About me
Hi, I'm Luke
I'm a Cape Town cellist, classically trained with a modern ear and a rebellious streak. I was soloing at Cape Town City Hall before I'd finished high school, and I've been playing everywhere from concert halls to wedding aisles ever since.
I play for the moments people carry with them for years. The room warming as guests arrive, the first steps down the aisle, the song that brings everyone to the dance floor. I shape the music around the atmosphere you want and keep it moving naturally, so the day feels like yours and you can simply be in it.
