When will I hear back?

Within 24 hours, weekdays and weekends both, and usually a lot sooner than that. If it's urgent, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me.

Can I hear you play before I book?

Of course. Start a conversation on WhatsApp and ask; I'll send you recordings straight away, so you know exactly what's turning up at your event before you commit to anything.

Question 3

How much does it cost, and what's included?

Packages start at R4,500, and everything you'd need for the event is in the package; the only thing that's typically extra is travel beyond Cape Town. I don't hand out a fixed price list, because the right package genuinely depends on your event. Tell me what you're planning and I'll point you to the one that fits.

How do we lock in the date?

A 50% deposit secures it. You don't have to pay one, but until you do, the date isn't truly held, and priority goes to whoever has. Once the deposit lands, the date is yours.

When is the rest due?

The full balance needs to reflect in my account by the day of the event. I'd recommend paying the week before rather than the morning of: banks are known to hold funds or take a few days to clear a transfer, and that's the last thing either of us needs on the day.

What if my date or timing changes?

Things move; I get it. I'll do everything I can to hold a new date if I'm free, and timing shifts on the day itself are simply part of the job. Message me as early as you can and we'll work it out.

Question 7

Do you travel outside Cape Town?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything within 30km of the city is included. Past that I add the standard AA fuel rate for the driving distance: the industry rate. For anything over 100km, outside the Western Cape, or needing a flight, we'll talk it through and I'll build it into one clear price.
